JetPack Master's

Description

This Endless Runner is based on all the courses available at FEUP and the journey that is studying here.

The goal is to travel as much distance as possible across the main hall while fighting the bosses and dodging the obstacles that keep spawning.

Obstacles, also based on the courses (Ex: Zapper - MIEEC), spawn with random positions during the game. You must avoid them unless you wish to die.

At every 200 meters, the Main Boss spawns and the background freezes during the fight. Shoot at the boss to kill him and resume the scrolling. After each boss fight, your health is fully restored.

Random collectibles (ECTs) can be collected in order to improve the final score.

Installation:

Unzip the DDJD-PP-GC2-JetPack Master's-game.zip file and execute the Jetpack Masters.exe file. 

The game will automatically start in full-screen.

Playing Instructions:

Controls:

• Left Mouse Click - Press to control the Jetpack;
• Right Mouse Click - Shoot (Automatic Shooting not allowed);

Power-up’s:

• Shield - Player gets a shield that makes him immune to any type of collision or damage. The shield is destroyed after getting hit by something or after 6 seconds of it being caught.
• Red Bull - Player fast travels 50 meters while being immune to all the obstacles in the game. After the 50 meters, the player gets 2 seconds more of immunity to avoid possible collisions due to the previous high velocity.
